{"id":130,"date":"2013-01-04T21:44:15","date_gmt":"2013-01-04T21:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.brae.org.uk\/?page_id=130"},"modified":"2023-09-05T19:38:15","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T19:38:15","slug":"what-should-i-wear","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.brae.org.uk\/home\/lessons\/what-should-i-wear\/","title":{"rendered":"What should I wear?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For your lesson you should wear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-primary-color has-background-background-color has-text-color has-background has-large-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>trousers or jogging suit bottoms and a top with sleeves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it is cold you you will need a jacket or anorak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the weather is bad we will ride in the indoor riding school \u2013 it can still be cold in the winter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Footwear is important \u2013 \u2018sensible\u2019 flat shoes or boots with a heel are best.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not have these then trainers are acceptable.
