Fundraising Successes
Tesco Can Collection 6th & 7th June 2008
Fantastic amount of just over £700 was collected at the above event. Thank you to Tesco Stores for allowing us to conduct the can collection, and to the staff at the store for supporting us on site.
A big thank you to everyone who donated money and took the time” to learn a little bit about what we do at The Brae “. Thanks must also go to all the Brae volunteers who assisted with the collection over the 2 days
**CAN COLLECTIONS**
Would you be prepared to display a can for
collecting funds for the Brae Riding Ability Centre in your work place, or do
you know anyone who would be. We would arrange for the can to be dropped of and
pick up at an agreed date. Once collection has been counted we would give you a
Brae Certificate, thanking you for how much had been collected. If interested

Quiz Night at Fort Bar 27th May 2008
The quiz night at the Fort Bar held on 27th May 2008 was a huge success, both in monies raised and the opportunity for many of our supporters and volunteers to enjoy the social event.
A total sum of £870 was raised and a great time had by everyone.
Thanks to John Black & John Brown , from the Fort Bar, and to everyone who supported the event.

Car Boot Sales
2 car boot sales took place in May , raising a total of £250 . Thanks to Morris leslie for supplying free entry passes.

Pottery Party
Pottery party was held in the Ferry Potty at the beginning of May. £200 was raised on the night, along with a great evening for many to discover their artistic talents. Thanks to April for supporting the Brae.
